You can park on the road directly next to the lake (Waterfront Walk). You must input your registration into the terminal in reception on arrival.  There is also ample parking at Festival Leisure Park which is less than a 2 minute walk from us.

We have lockers available to rent while you are participating. Padlocks cost £1 per locker and are available in the changing rooms. You are able to bring your own padlock too.

We do not allow food and drink to be brought on to our site. We do have a Cafe that serves food and beverages. We do however allow birthday cakes for parties.

As this is a natural fresh water lake, there are fish and other water related animals in the water.

We always recommend booking for any activity. This will save time when arriving to the site and guarantee your time slot.

Pets are allowed onsite but must be kept on leads at all times.

We have male and female changing rooms, baby changing facilities, and showers.

We will do our best to get you on the session as soon as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you miss your session, no refund will be given. We cannot be held responsible if you are late. That is why we strongly suggest you get to the park at least 20 minutes before your booked session.

In the event of a thunderstorm we have to stop until it passes. In this case, we pause everyones time and they carry on after so you do not lose out on any time.

We do not stop for the rain. If anything, it makes everything a little more slippery and fun!

You have to arrive at least 20 minutes before your session starts.

We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this time, you will lose your payment. If we receive more than 48 hours notice then we will credit the payment to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you give us 7 days notice we will refund the full amount. Wetsuit sales are final and no refunds will be offered if not used.

You must take all jewellery off before participating on either the Aqua Park or Wakeboarding.

We do not allow you to wear your spectacles on the Aqua Park or while Wakeboarding. Prescription goggles or contact lenses are a good alternative.

Unfortunately you cannot wear any fancy dress.

Unfortunately not. You have to use your own wakeboard for this. If you speak to the friendly coaches, they can teach how to do this correctly and safely.

For the Aqua Park you can hire a wetsuit or purchase grip socks. Buoyancy aids are included in the price. For Wakeboarding you can hire a helmet, buoyancy aid, wetsuit and wakeboard.

Wetsuits are optional and cost £5 to hire for an hour. You can bring your own if you have one.

For the Aqua Park buoyancy aids are mandatory and included in the price. For Wakeboarding helmets and buoyancy are mandatory.

On the Aqua Park the only footwear accepted are grip socks and these are mandatory. These can be purchased from us for £2 or you can bring your own. For Wakeboarding and on the Aqua Park, you cannot wear anything with a rubber sole.
